  • 2 stalks Scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon White pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

If using frozen corn or edamame, blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
