Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for greasing the baking sheet)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, milk, chopped parsley, salt, and ground black pepper.

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients gently with your hands or a large spoon until evenly combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs dense.

Step 4

Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about the size of a golf ball). Place each meatball on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between them.

Step 5

Once all the meatballs are formed, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown on the outside and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

Step 6

Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 7

Serve the meatballs on their own, with dipping sauce, over spaghetti with marinara, or in a sub sandwich for a delicious meal.
