  • 14 ounces diced tomatoes (with juices, canned)
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
