  • 4 sliced into rounds frankfurters
  • 0 to taste salt
  • 0 to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, for garnish fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery, and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and slightly golden.
