Ingredients

  • 2 medium Green apple
  • 2 medium Red apple
  • 3 stalks Celery stalks
  • 1 cup Seedless red grapes
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Wash and core the apples. Slice them into thin pieces or small cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Wash the celery stalks and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the bowl with the apples.

Step 3

Rinse the red grapes and slice them in half. Add them to the bowl as well.

Step 4

Coarsely chop the walnuts (if not already chopped) and add them to the mixture.

Step 5

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth to create the dressing.
