Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring 1.25 cups of water to a boil and add 0.5 teaspoons of salt.

Remove the saucepan from heat, stir in 1 cup of couscous, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the water.
