Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 whole lemons
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Step 2

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
