  • 6 whole Lemons
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 cups Water
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 6 slices Lemon slices (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Roll the lemons on a countertop while pressing down lightly to soften them and release more juice.

Slice the lemons in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or reamer, straining out any seeds.
