  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons additional lemon juice (for syrup)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9-inch (23 cm) loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until the mixture is pale and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
