  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
