  • 2 teaspoons Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Whole milk
  • 1.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons Edible glitter or coarse sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated. Then mix in the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
