  • 200 grams all-purpose flour

  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
