Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 16 pieces Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 16 even rounds, approximately 1/2-inch thick.

Step 3

Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
