Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
