  • 102 grams Instant lemon pudding mix (dry powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 150 grams White chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
