  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon (optional, for a kick) Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer it to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
