Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. If they are particularly thick, use a meat mallet or rolling pin to gently pound them to an even thickness for quick and uniform cooking.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper.
