  • 250 grams spaghetti or thin noodles

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti or thin noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining.

Step 2

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
