Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 15 leaves Mint leaves (fresh)
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Club soda
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 4 slices Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • 4 sprigs Mint sprigs (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves completely to create a simple syrup. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Step 2

In a blender, add the mint leaves and pulse briefly to release their aroma.

Step 3

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the cooled simple syrup, and the mint leaves.
