  • 0.5 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
