  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 0.5 cup lemon marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 whole zest of lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the lemon marmalade, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, soy sauce, and fresh thyme leaves. Stir until well combined.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
