  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 60 grams powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar together using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
