Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. This will help the seasonings adhere better.
