  • 0.125 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt until well combined and slightly thickened.

In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the olive oil and neutral oil.
