Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice (for glaze)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lemon zest (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Beat in the egg, followed by the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix until well combined.
