  • 0.5 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 250 grams orzo pasta
  • 500 milliliters chicken broth
  • 30 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, fresh dill, lemon zest, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately 2 inches wide. Set aside.
