  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 120 milliliters lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional for garnish)
  • 2 leaves fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie or tart pan, spreading it evenly to form the crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove it and let it cool completely.

Step 5

In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and well combined.

Step 6

Once the crust has cooled, pour the lemon filling into the crust and spread it evenly.

Step 7

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or until the filling is set and chilled.

Step 8

Before serving, optionally dust the top with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Step 9

Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
