Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and 100 grams of granulated sugar together until light and fluffy using a hand or stand mixer.
