  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (optional, for texture adjustment)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar together using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the bowl and mix until well combined.
