Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
