Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with silicone muffin liners.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter and 0.75 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
