  • 0.25 cups shredded sweetened coconut (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, mix 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour and 0.5 cups of granulated sugar.
