  • 12 ounces dried spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
