Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 500 grams Baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels. Set aside.

Step 3

Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half if they are large. Place them in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic (reserve 1 clove for the sauce later), olive oil, paprika, dried oregano, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
