Ingredients

  • 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 300 grams asparagus

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and cut the spears into 2-inch pieces.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Stir in the water and set aside.

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger for the stir fry.
