  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 50 grams crushed graham crackers or cookies (optional for garnish)
  • 5 leaves mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Begin by melting the white chocolate. Place the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double-boiler method). Stir occasionally until fully melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whip 360 milliliters of heavy cream using an electric mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Reserve 120 milliliters of heavy cream for later use.

Gently fold the cooled, melted white chocolate into the whipped cream. Add the vanilla extract and lemon zest to the mixture, folding until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
