  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy using a hand or stand mixer.
