  • 4 pieces (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 whole leaves fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
