Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 bags Black tea bags
  • 0.25 cups Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Almond extract
  • 0.25 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  • 4 slices Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • 8 leaves Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Remove the pot from the heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.

Step 4

Let the tea cool for about 10 minutes, or until it reaches room temperature.
