  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat pastry flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
