  • 1 cup Cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 stalks Green onions (sliced, optional for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and let it heat up.

Step 2

Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil to the skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
