  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Lime, juiced
  • 8 small Flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 to taste Toppings (sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and yellow onion to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
