Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Leftover pork chop
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups Cooked rice or noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the leftover pork chops thinly and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chicken or vegetable broth. Stir until well combined and set aside.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Step 4

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 5

Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the snow peas and sliced green onions to the pan. Continue to stir-fry for another minute.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
