Ingredients

  • 16 oz Lump crab meat
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Panko breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Fold in the lump crab meat gently to avoid breaking it up too much.

Step 4

Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, sliced green onions, and lemon juice. Mix until evenly distributed.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Step 6

If using the optional topping, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the dip.

Step 7

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Step 9

Serve hot with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
