Ingredients

  • 2 cans canned tuna (packed in olive oil)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 0.5 bunch fresh parsley
  • 0.25 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup pita chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna and flake it into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel and dice the cucumber into small bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion. Add them to the bowl with the tuna.
