  • 2 units Tomatoes

  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 4 units Pickles
  • 120 ml Garlic sauce or toum
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
