Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Lamb chops
  • 4 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)

Directions

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Step 2

Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each chop is evenly coated.

Step 3

Cover the dish with plastic wrap or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour (or up to overnight for a deeper flavor).

Step 4

When ready to cook, preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, and discard the remaining marinade.

Step 6

Sear the lamb chops on one side for about 4-5 minutes, or until a nice crust forms. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-5 minutes, depending on your preferred level of doneness (145°F for medium-rare).

Step 7

Remove the lamb chops from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 8

Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. Enjoy!
