  • 12 sheets no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 16 oz ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

If using ground beef, cook it in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom to prevent sticking.

Place a single layer of no-boil lasagna noodles over the sauce, breaking them as needed to fit.
