  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup sliced black olives
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking dish or cake pan with cooking oil.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Step 3

Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Cook for another 2 minutes until the beef is well coated and the liquid has evaporated.
