Ingredients

  • 4 whole Oranges
  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 0.5 whole (small) Red onion

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel the oranges, removing as much of the white pith as possible. Slice the oranges into thin rounds and set aside.
